The City of Takoma Park, Maryland, in partnership with Low Impact Development Center (LIDC) needed to educate residents about the severe impacts of stormwater in their community.

Utilizing enhanced property data from the project partners and resident feedback from user research, we created an interactive tool that features:

Incentive Interest Intake

Prince George’s County, in partnership with Chesapeake Bay Trust, Anacostia Watershed Society, and Low Impact Development Center (LIDC), wanted a more effective way to generate interest in a pilot incentive to install BMPs on high-impact properties.

The project exceeded goals for community interest and eliminated upfront cost to property owners using the following Rainplan services:
